Prices are for the property and include gas, electricity, firewood (see conditions below). Taxe de Sejour (where applicable) is included. Bookings can be accepted for periods less than  one week or incomplete weeks – prices on request.
 Bed Linen and towels not supplied.
Rental Conditions:
1. All payments by cheque
2. A deposit of £100 is required to confirm a booking.
3. This deposit will be banked and is non refundable against cancellation of the booking.
4. Full payment for the rental period booked is required six weeks in advance of the commencement of the rental period.
5. Failure to pay this on time will result in cancellation of the booking but does not release you from your liability to pay the full rental.
6. The deposit will be refunded in full one week after the end of the rental period providing that the house was left clean, tidy and in a satisfactory state including:
7. All dishes are washed and put away
8. All breakages have been replaced.
9. Recycling and kitchen waste have been put in the appropriate bins and these have been put out in accord accordance with the calendar on the notice board.
