Prices are for the property and include gas, electricity, firewood (see conditions below). Taxe de Sejour (where applicable) is included. Bookings can be accepted for periods less than one week or incomplete weeks – prices on request.
Bed Linen and towels not supplied.
Rental Conditions:
1. All payments by cheque or Bank Transfer
2. A deposit of 25% of the rental is required to confirm a booking.
3. This deposit will be banked and is non refundable against cancellation of the booking.
4. The balance (75%) of the rental is required eight weeks in advance of the commencement of the rental period plus a refundable security deposit of £100.00.
5. Failure to pay the rental balance on time does not cancel the rental liability but may result in cancellation of the booking.
6. The deposit will be refunded in full one week after the end of the rental period providing that the house was left clean, tidy and in a satisfactory state including:
7. All dishes are washed and put away
8. All breakages have been replaced.
9. Recycling and kitchen waste have been put in the appropriate bins and these have been put out in accord accordance with the calendar on the notice board.
